Yes. This is marine collagen and fish is a declarable allergen. It is not suitable for anyone with a fish allergy, and it is not vegan.
How do I take it?
One 11g scoop mixed into 200 to 300ml of water, juice, coffee or a smoothie. Not boiling water.
